These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of practable.ai and the lessons, newsletters, courses, tools, downloads, applications, and other resources offered by PractableAI (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Who may use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law.
Practical education, not professional advice
PractableAI provides educational information and practical examples about artificial intelligence, automation, software, agents, applications, and related work. The Services are not legal, financial, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a lesson, workflow, tool, or output is appropriate for your situation and for obtaining professional advice when needed.
Technology changes quickly. We work to make content useful and accurate, but we do not promise that every instruction, example, link, model behavior, feature, price, or platform requirement will remain current. Test important work in a safe environment and keep appropriate backups.
AI outputs and technical examples
AI systems can produce incomplete, incorrect, biased, insecure, or unexpected results. Review and verify AI generated material before relying on it. You are responsible for human oversight, permissions, data handling, security, testing, and the consequences of how you use any prompt, code, automation, agent, application, or output.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, personal, regulated, or proprietary information to an AI or third party service unless you are authorized to do so and have reviewed that service’s terms, privacy practices, and controls.
Accounts and access
Some Services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us at support@practable.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless prohibited by law.
Ownership and permitted use
PractableAI and its licensors own the Services and their original content, branding, designs, text, videos, course materials, downloads, code, and other intellectual property, except where a resource states otherwise.
We grant you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for lawful learning and internal work. You may apply the ideas and skills you learn to your own work. Unless we give written permission or a specific license says otherwise, you may not copy, resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, scrape, create a competing dataset or course from, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit PractableAI content.
Your submissions
You keep ownership of material you submit. You give PractableAI a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that material only as reasonably needed to provide, improve, secure, and support the Services. If you voluntarily provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit and that it does not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property, or another person’s rights.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to:
- Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade required safeguards.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, deceive, or impersonate another person.
- Develop or distribute malware, phishing, credential theft, destructive code, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Access accounts, systems, or data without permission.
- Interfere with the Services, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or place an unreasonable load on the site.
- Copy, scrape, train on, or redistribute protected PractableAI content beyond the permission granted in these Terms.
- Use the Services to create spam, deceptive synthetic media, unlawful discrimination, or other harmful AI content.
Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
If PractableAI offers a paid product or subscription, the price, billing schedule, included access, and any purchase specific refund or cancellation policy will be shown at checkout or on the offer page. You agree to pay the displayed charges and applicable taxes. Purchase specific terms presented at checkout control if they conflict with these general Terms.
Unless the applicable offer states otherwise or law requires a different result, digital products and completed services are not automatically refundable. Contact support@practable.ai if a purchase is inaccessible, defective, duplicated, or materially different from the offer.
Newsletter and communications
If you subscribe, you agree to receive the PractableAI newsletter and related messages at the email address you provide. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. We may still send necessary account, purchase, security, or support messages.
Third party services and links
The Services may link to or work with third party platforms, AI providers, video hosts, payment processors, software tools, or websites. Their terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services. PractableAI does not control and is not responsible for third party services, availability, content, security, or changes.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information. By using the Services, you acknowledge that policy.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always be available. We may correct errors and update content without notice.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” PractableAI disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee any specific learning, business, technical, financial, employment, audience, or productivity result.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PractableAI and its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from the Services. Our total liability for a claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid PractableAI for the affected Service during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold PractableAI harmless from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your submissions, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services or others, respond to illegal or harmful conduct, enforce these Terms, or comply with law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnification.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, you and PractableAI agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue by written notice. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using a court or consumer process that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as PractableAI changes. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
General
If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with any purchase specific terms and the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and PractableAI regarding the Services.
